How do I book a stay?
You can book directly through our website for the best rates - simply fill in the search bar at the top with your desired location, dates and number of guests and search for your perfect stay. If you're having trouble, contact us and we will be happy to help!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit / credit cards as well as American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival
Do you take a deposit?
We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Truvi via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £250 of accidental damage during your stay.
Who can I contact during my stay?
At Red Kite Stays we have a knowledgeable, friendly team on hand 24/7 to support you with any questions you may have during your stay. Just simply respond to your booking confirmation email with a message and one of the team will come back to you swiftly. We also have a Guest Support number you can call anytime for emergencies: 01608 310203.
What if I arrive late at night?
No problem! Our self-check-in system allows you to arrive at your convenience.
What areas do you cover?
The Cotswolds, Somerset, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire & York.
Do you charge a pet fee?
For properties that welcome pets we charge an additional fee of £35 per pet. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your pet(s) with you 🐾
