The ground floor is designed for spending time together. The cosy sitting room welcomes you with plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the Cotswolds, while a separate snug provides a quieter corner for reading, games, or a morning coffee.
As you go towards the back of the house, the beautiful open plan kitchen opens into the dining room, creating a wonderful social space for long breakfasts, family dinners, and evenings around the table.
The dining room leads out to our stunning garden, overlooking the local church, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air together.
Downstairs, the basement has been converted into a dedicated entertainment room and home office, ideal for movie nights or anyone needing a peaceful place to work during their stay!
Upstairs, the first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms (one king size bedroom, one super king and another king size bed that can be split into two single beds), two of which have en-suite bathrooms, along with family bathroom facilities.
The top floor is home to our spacious bedroom with a super king bed (that can be split into two single beds), a free-standing bath tub own and en-suite bathroom, giving guests a private retreat away from the rest of the house.
Minchinhampton is one of the Cotswolds’ hidden gems, known for its honey-coloured stone buildings, welcoming community, and access to the famous Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons. From the front door you can walk straight onto miles of open grassland where grazing cows, panoramic views, and spectacular sunsets are part of everyday life. We also have a fantastic little corner shop, Henry's Cafe and the fabulous pub, The Crown, right across the square! If you are fancying a bit of fine dining too, Burleigh Court is amazing and just a 10 minute walk away!
The market town of Stroud is just a short 15 minute drive away, renowned for its award-winning farmers’ market, independent food scene, and arts culture. We're also perfectly placed for exploring the wider Cotswolds, including Tetbury, Nailsworth, Cirencester, Painswick, and Bibury. Whether you’re looking for scenic walks, excellent restaurants, boutique shopping, or simply a peaceful place to unwind, this home offers the ideal base for discovering Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds at any time of year.
With its generous layout, multiple living areas, and unbeatable central location, this is a home made for creating memories together.
Please note that due to the layout and stairs in the house, we would recommend that the home is not suitable for young children and we do not have a downstairs bathroom.
