Honey Cote is wonderful two bedroom end of terrace cottage located in the heart of the pretty Cotswold village of Andoversford, just a few miles east of Cheltenham. Ideally located for visiting the best the Cotswolds has to offer, with fabulous walks, pubs and places to eat nearby. Easy access to Cheltenham and Gloucester opens up a wealth of shopping, restaurants and nightlife, whilst never forgetting Cheltenham's iconic National Hunt Racecourse and the prestigious racing Festival in March. There is off-street parking for two cars adjacent to the property. The garden is accessed through the French doors from the dining area or from the gate to the parking area, and has an outdoor 6 seater dining table with sun parasol and a charcoal fuelled BBQ. Bed 1: King Size, Smart TV and large cupboard for storage. Bed 2: King Size or Two Twins, drawers in bed sides for storage. Additional small double sofabed in lounge. The front entrance porch leads into the lounge with 43" Smart TV, Electric Flame-Effect Fireplace, DVD/Blu Ray Player, and WI-FI Router. The Open plan lounge leads through to the dining area with fold out table which can seat up to 6 people, and well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, full height fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Downstairs WC, upstairs shared bathroom with dual shower over the bath. All facilities are free and unlimited with no extra charge. There are beautiful countryside walks from the cottage and many more just a short drive away. The village has a lovely, friendly, very old convenience store, and also a post office and pub.

Honey Cote's 2 parking spaces are clearly marked to the left hand side of the property, one behind the other with access to the front of the house or the rear garden through the side gate. Note: The parking outside the front of the property is for number 15.
