The house is filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout, where everyone can recharge. Whether you're curling up on the big, comfy corner sofa for a movie night, diving into a good book, or playing board games with loved ones, you’ll find everything you need to make lasting memories. If the sun’s out, the spacious garden and patio are perfect for lounging or alfresco dining. It's worth taking a short 15-minute walk to the flower-filled Jephson Gardens park- one of Leamington’s absolute gems. Keep an eye out for pop-up events and local markets that are often held there! Whatever the weather, this is a place enjoy quality time together. If you're in the mood for a change of scenery, it's easy to hop on public transport and explore nearby locations like historic Stratford-upon-Avon or the vibrant city of Birmingham. Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.
