Downstairs you will be welcomed into the beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining room, with everything you need to cook up a storm (or enjoy a takeaway!). The dining area also offers the ideal space to enjoy a great long catch up with your friends and family, and while away the hours over good food. Through to the back of the house, you will find our cosy living room with comfortable sofas, armchair and smart TV to put your feet up (perfect if you plan to shop until you drop!). Through the French doors, we have a gorgeous garden with furniture to soak up the sun and enjoy a drink in the fresh air. Upstairs you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also have two modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and another with shower and bathtub for an indulgent soak! If you're coming for work and need to stay connected, the home is equipped with fast WiFi, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying a change of scenery. Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved pets to stay with you! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. *** Important: We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. *** Please note: You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Superhog via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £250 of accidental damage during your stay.
